Women+ only Muay Thai — Honolulu, Hawaiʻi
Who You Are
It felt impossible to leave. You left anyway.
It felt impossible to quit. You did it. Finally.
It felt impossible to change, but now it feels impossible to stay exactly the same.
You've done hard things.
Now come do hard things with us.
The Art
We do not teach the point system for fighting.
We do not teach martial-arts-themed fitness classes.
We teach the art of Muay Thai to Women+. Punches, elbows, knees, kicks, techniques designed for real life. They are not meant for a referee in a ring to save you, they are meant for you to save yourself.
Endless combinations. Endless defensive maneuvers. Endless ways to expose an enemy’s vulnerability. Muay Thai is an art so deep physically, mentally, and spiritually that there is always room to grow and always more to learn.
That is what we love about it.
You will love it too.
What's Different Here
No men. No fighter hierarchy. No proving grounds. No rush.
Five classes a week, capped at 20. Every class opens with guided meditation. Then feet and ankle strengthening. Then very specific warm ups to music. Then training — technique, corrections, and instruction from coaches who know your name and how you move.
Two female coaches, one high bar of excellence, zero ego. And usually some laughing.
Your Coaches
They don’t follow the rules of society, which enrages some people. So be it.
Aileen grew up Filipino, Catholic, and gay way before it was cool. She worked hard, trained hard, fought hard, then burned her CNS so hard she was sidelined for seven years. Fighting taught her many things, staring at the ceiling wishing to feel normal taught her so much more.
Angela started training at 35. Three kids, a chronic Achilles injury, zero background in sports or martial arts, and a perfectionist, Muay Thai seemed an odd path. But she found fire, burned down a marriage that was killing her, and began a journey that would be hard AF but so worth it.
They couldn't find a place to train that honored the women they became. So they built one.
