At LKE Dojo you will build strength, confidence, focus, discipline, and resilience. You will learn to be calm amidst chaos, and set your voice and spirit free. You will develop self-love, trust, and safety, ultimately freeing yourself from the physical, mental, and spiritual shackles that have confined you. What We Offer
Women's+ Muay Thai Classes
Train in the Art of Muay Thai, the combat sport of Thailand. Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, which is not only badass, but also extremely effective for self-defense. Learn Muay Thai strikes, offense, defense, footwork, counters, combos, Fight IQ, and more!
Women's+ Foundational Series
Saturdays at 12pm. 6-week series covering physical foundations essential for Muay Thai (and really any movement activity). Focuses rotate, and ALL students—beginner and experienced—are encouraged to participate. Series are typically announced two weeks prior to start date.
Women's+ Beginner Training Series
Saturdays at 1:30 PM. 6-week series featuring progressive, step-by-step learning. The BEST place to start a new martial arts journey, with focus rotating through Intros to Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and boxing, as well as Self-Defense. Series are typically announced two weeks prior to start date.
Women's+ Movement Small Groups
Movement small groups run for 4 weeks and are limited to four students. Participants enjoy more coach attention & curriculum tailored for each specific group of individuals. Focuses vary, keep an eye out for upcoming groups.
Women's+ Inner Work Small Groups
Rotating 4-week small group series of 4-6 participants focused on topics such as mindset, shadow work, self-acceptance, boundaries, working with the moon, and more. Get vulnerable and dive deep (there is usually crying at some point), keep an eye out for the next group!
Private Training w/Coach Aileen
From building a strong movement foundation to mastering techniques or learning advanced skills, 60m one-on-one sessions with Coach Aileen will take you to the next level. Very limited availability, text to inquire about any upcoming open spots or to be added to the waitlist.
