What We Offer
Women's+ Muay Thai Classes
Train in the Art of Muay Thai, the combat sport of Thailand. Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Learn Muay Thai strikes, offense, defense, footwork, counters, combos, Fight IQ, and more!
Women's+ Foundational Series
Saturdays at 12pm. 6-week series covering physical foundations essential for Muay Thai (and really any movement activity). Focuses rotate, and ALL students—beginner and experienced—are encouraged to participate.
Women's+ Beginner Training Series
Saturdays at 1:30 PM. 6-week series featuring progressive, step-by-step learning. The BEST place to start your martial arts journey, with focuses rotating through Intros to Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and boxing, as well as Self-Defense.
Women's+ Movement Small Groups
Movement small groups run for 4 weeks and are limited to four students. Participants enjoy more coach attention & curriculum tailored for each specific group of individuals. RARE. When you see it, jump on it.
Women's+ Inner Work Small Groups
Rotating 4 or 6-week small group series focused on topics such as mindset, shadow work, self-acceptance, boundaries, working with the moon, and more. Get vulnerable and dive deep (there is usually crying at some point), keep an eye out for the next group!
Private Training w/Coach Aileen
From building a strong movement foundation to mastering techniques or learning advanced skills, 60m one-on-one sessions with Coach Aileen will take you to the next level. Very limited availability, text to inquire about any upcoming open spots or to be added to the waitlist.
