Class descriptions

Mondays 7:15pm

Muay Thai (Beginner)

Focus on technique primarily through drilling simple combinations on Thai pads, mItts, and kick shields.

Gear: Boxing Gloves

Mondays 6pm

Open Muay Thai

FIGHT-IQ-Based class that includes technical breakdowns, progressive combos, counters, drills, pad work, defense, and other Muay Femur skills. Class features LKE Dojo’s signature mitt-holding technique.

Gear: Boxing gloves
Open to all levels, Beginners welcome.

Fridays 5:30pm

Muay Thai (Beginner)

Learn & practice the fundamental skills of Muay Thai including strikes, defenses, counters, moving while striking, etc.

Gear: Boxing gloves.

Fridays 6:45pm

Level 2 Muay Thai

Faster-moving class with more advanced content. Students must know LKE Dojo number system and have a solid grasp of basic skills including striking and mitt holding. Light sparring rounds.

Gear: Boxing gloves, shinguards, and mouthguard.
Coach approval & testing required.

Saturdays 11am (dates vary)

Saturday Class Series

4 or 6-week Muay Thai series offered on a rotating basis, level and topics vary. Check Instagram for latest offerings.

Gear: Boxing Gloves

Tues or Thurs evenings 6pm (Dates Vary)

Small Group Series

Small group pop-ups focused on particular topics. Times and dates vary, check Instagram for updates.

Limited to 4 or 6 people, depending on topic
